40-50 Hours per week
As a Guest Services Manager at Animal Adventure, you will use your skillset to lead the Guest Services team in all aspects of our day-to-day operations. Our management team works in a hands-on capacity to ensure that our guests enjoy their time and resolves any issues that may arise throughout their adventure with us. Our GSMs work in a variety of capacities and have an umbrella of responsibility relating not only to our guests but our team as well.

Guest Services Team Lead
DEPARTMENT: GUEST SERVICES
Hours may vary, but may be all of 9 am – 6 pm
40 +/- Hours per week
Guest Service Team Lead positions are the point of contact for inquisitive guests and team members in the park, animal feed sales, ride/attraction ticket sales, and souvenir purchases. Considered a hub of information and services; individuals must be able to work fast paced, multi task, and maintain the highest level of guest service and satisfaction. Team Leads act on behalf of the management team to ensure standards and protocols are followed by the Guest Service Team Members and leads by example.
Position/location can rotate within the park per the day; Welcome Center, Gift Shop, Animal Feed & Fun locations, Giraffe Encounter Decks, Concession Registers and More!
