Meet many of the park's encounter and educational program all-stars and their keepers, in the Endicott Johnson Room of the hotel.

Get up close and hands on! Speak with our keepers! Amazing photo opportunities!
-Encounter will last 1 hour
-Capacity is set to 50 guests
-Check-in outside of encounter room at 5:15 PM
- Participants must be at least 3 years of age to be in the encounter space and participate.
- Participants under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult, which counts as a participant.
- Waivers to be read & signed prior to enrty! Minors require consenting guardian to sign on their behalf.
** Please note that there are no refunds or rescheduling of encounters for any reason **
